And since i like to write and imagine scenarios (if i had enough motivation i would write a whole story), here is my take on the events: Warning: Wall text ahead.
am i being obnoxious with the amount of things i wrote?
--------------------- the small group of four Wyrmlings had a very clear objective, get their hands on some gems. Most of the group planned to steal them from some other hoard, but the Green Dragon in the group had other plans.
Green Dragon: <talking to the sleeping dragon> HEY big one, wake up!
Others: <whispering> What the hell are you doing!
Green Dragon: i'm talking to you big one, do you know why? because i wanted to make you aware that we are stealing your gems.
Others: <insert name> stop, you are going to get us killed.
Green Dragon: do you know why i'm telling you this? because i'm not afraid of you! that's right, i'm not a coward, i want you to know exactly Who stole from you. I want to challenge you to a bet, if we can escape from you with the gems, you are going to accept defeat and let us stay with them.
Others: Are you crazy, why you are challenging HIM, he is four times bigger then you.
Green Dragon: You know the rules big one, i have voiced my challenge, if you attack me you will have no choice but accept. And since i'm not scared of you i'm going to win, and i'm going to stay with the gems.
Others: what kind of logic is that? ------------------------------------------------
i'm not sure why i wrote the "Green Dragon" like this, maybe it is because in the image, it looks like he is boasting/challenging. And because the Blue/Gray dragon seems to be tying to shut him up.
(note: i'm using only the image as inspiration for a story)
because of the above, I went to the logical conclusion that the Green dragon is the leader of the group, that he is stupidly brave, and that he usually puts his friends in danger thanks to his lack of fear. Since in the picture no one is trying to MAKE him shut up i assumed that no one in the group is assertive enough to go against the Green Dragon.
Since i want this group of dragons to be the one Spike SHOULD have joined during the migration, they aren't jerks. So the Green dragon is used to lead without challenges, instead of "used to getting things his way".
This means that Spike (and jade) and the Green Dragon will have a clash of personalities..
Of course, this is my vision of what is going on / what should happen. You the Original Creator is the one who decides if my version is correct.
